KITCHEN & DINING AREA

Be your chef and master the art of cooking with our fully-equipped kitchen. A wall-mounted table seats four and an additional bar table seats two. Four tv trays are also available for use. (High chair available upon request.) Essential items include: spice rack, small appliances, such as a blender, airfryer and crockpot, cookware, bakeware, glassware and dishes. BEDROOMS

Relax and recharge in our cozy bedrooms. Our master bedroom houses a queen bed, while our second bedroom has a full day bed, along with a twin trundle. Each room has a 40-in television, high-quality mattress and bedding, dresser and closet space with hangers, luggage rack and a laundry basket.

BATHROOM

Our home has one full bathroom with a walk-in shower and all the basic necessities you’ll need: towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, a hair dryer and even a sewing kit.

GARAGE & BACKYARD

Enjoy the privacy of our backyard - relax around the fire pit and feast on BBQ. The garage, along with the patio area, can be used for small gatherings and includes a grill, yard games, bar cart and seating, a Modine heater, as well 45” and 65” televisions. (A full list of items will be emailed once the property is booked.)

ADDITIONAL NOTES

1. Our properties are dog-friendly. Due to the size of this property, there is a two-dog limit with a combined weight of 50 lbs.

2. Although there is a garage, our property only allows for non-covered driveway and street parking (depending on the time of year). The driveway comfortably fits three cars.
